Chief Operating Officer 

Job Description : COO EUROPE Open to International candidates 1. Manufacturing Strategy & Execution Develop and implement long-term operational strategies that align with business growth and market demands. Ensure smooth plant operations, balancing efficiency, cost control, and scalability. Lead expansion initiatives, including new production facilities, CAPEX investments, and process upgrades. Drive process standardization and implementation of best practices across multiple facilities. 2. Supply Chain & Vendor Management Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics. Establish strong vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective sourcing of raw materials while maintaining quality standards. Implement robust demand forecasting and Just-in-Time (JIT) inventory strategies to optimize working capital. Develop contingency plans to mitigate supply chain disruptions and ensure business continuity. 3. Production & Operational Efficiency Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, and TQM principles to enhance efficiency and reduce production waste. Implement OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and KPI-driven performance tracking across operations. Foster a continuous improvement culture, encouraging automation and smart manufacturing techniques. Oversee the implementation of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) to enhance real-time visibility into operations. 4. Quality Control & Compliance Establish and enforce compliance with ISO, GMP, IATF 16949, AS9100, FDA, OSHA, and other industry-specific quality standards. Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions (CAPA) for operational challenges and customer complaints. Implement robust safety protocols and risk management frameworks to prevent workplace hazards. 5. Innovation & Technology Integration Champion Industry 4.0, including AI-driven predictive maintenance, IoT-enabled smart manufacturing, and robotics to enhance productivity. Work closely with R&D teams to optimize product design, improve manufacturability, and accelerate time-to-market. Spearhead automation and digital transformation projects to ensure scalable and future-ready operations. 6. Financial & P&L Management Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial planning for manufacturing operations. Drive operational profitability by optimizing cost-per-unit, yield, and material utilization. Ensure the effective utilization of CAPEX and OPEX budgets, ensuring a balance between efficiency and innovation. 7. Leadership & Talent Development Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams across production, quality, procurement, and engineering. Establish a performance-driven culture with clear KPIs, goal-setting frameworks, and leadership development programs. Work closely with the HR team to drive succession planning, workforce upskilling, and training programs. Promote a culture of accountability, ownership, and innovation at all levels of the organization.
