Plant Manager

Job Description : PLANT MANAGER MEXICO The primary function of the Plant Manager is to manage all aspects of the 3-shift Tier 1 injection molding plant which operates 24/7. -Experience: Minimum of 18+ years in plant/general management experience in a manufacturing durable setting. Experience in automotive -Technical Knowledge: Understanding of budgets and financial statements, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement. -Develop strategic manufacturing direction and planning for 1-3 year planning horizon -Create and execute operational plans, strategies, and objectives to achieve production targets and business goals. -Manage & participate in continuous improvement initiatives. -Conduct regular safety inspections, identify potential hazards, and implement corrective actions. -Collaborate with relevant departments to develop and implement safety policies and procedures. -Manage plant budgets, monitor expenses, and identify opportunities to optimize costs without compromising product quality or safety.
