Project Manager

Job Description : Project Manager (Maintenance) - Onshore Upstream Facilities. Location - Oman • 10-15 years in projects, maintenance and operations area. • 8 years in leadership role (large- scale projects or high value contracts) • Advanced knowledge of project delivery methodologies, contract management. • Strong understanding & practicing of best-practices standards and local regulatory framework. Develop and implement scope plans, including scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and client expectations. • Coordinate cross- functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure seamless scope execution. • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement mitigation strategies to keep scope on track. • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company HSE policies throughout the scope lifecycle. • Manage scope budgets, control expenditures, and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
