Job Description : Project Controls and Cost Manager Location - Oman • 12+ years in project control and cost management • 8 years in leadership or managerial role (large-scale projects or high value contracts) • Comprehensive understanding of project control methodologies, cost engineering, budgeting, and financial analysis. Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Excel. • Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules and scope, ensuring alignment with scope objectives and contractual requirements. • Monitor and analyse scope expenditures, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions to maintain financial control. • Establish and enforce project control procedures, including cost forecasting, risk management, and change management processes. • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure accurate cost estimation and resource allocation. Requirements • Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or a related field. • Project Management certification i.e. PMP, PRINCE2 certificate • Certificate Cost Professional (CCP) or equivalent (preferred) • Strong leadership & communication skills
