Senior Project Manager

Job Description : Senior Project Manager to work for a Real Estate Developer based in Dubai. The role will report into the Chairman and be responsible for overseeing a Residential Masterplan Project from pre-construction to post construction stage. The Senior Project Manager will also be responsible for managing the design at the early stages, as well as managing the contractors at delivery stage. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria: - 12+ years of experience - Prior experience completing a residential project or a masterplan development - Extensive experience in managing third party clients - Degree in the field of Construction Management, Project Management or related field - Proven track record of delivering large scale projects in the UAE
