Job Opportunity: Chief Operating Officer (COO) Location: Pune Key Responsibilities: ???? Lead multi-plant operations, ensuring seamless efficiency across manufacturing units. ???? Drive operating systems, manufacturing engineering, and digitization to enhance productivity. ???? Set strategic direction in alignment with the CEO & Management Team. ???? Strengthen cost-effective processes & systems to fuel operational growth. ???? Balance & achieve customer, people, and investor goals effectively. Who We Are Looking For: ???? A dynamic leader experienced in managing multiple plants with a minimum of 800 Cr revenue handling experience. ???? Strong expertise in manufacturing operations & digitization from Auto Component Industry. ???? Proven ability to drive efficiency and scale production capabilities. Qualifications ????BE/B Tech - Metallurgy /Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 20 years of relevant experience in Auto Component Industry.
