Security Head

Job Description : Security Head – Elan Group (Gurgaon) We are hiring a Security Head for one of the largest and most reputed Real Estate companies in Gurgaon. If you have a strong background in security management, extensive experience in handling law enforcement liaison, and a proven track record in securing large-scale real estate operations, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: • Lead and oversee the security operations across all company sites. • Develop and implement security protocols, risk mitigation strategies, and crisis management plans. • Maintain strong liaison with Police Authorities, Local Administration, and other Government Departments in Gurgaon. • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory security requirements. • Supervise and manage security personnel, vendors, and third-party agencies. • Handle incident management, investigations, and intelligence gathering to safeguard company assets. Key Requirements: • Minimum 20 years of experience in security management, preferably in real estate, corporate security, or law enforcement. • Retired senior police officers/military personnel with strong connections in law enforcement and government agencies will be given preference. • Excellent leadership, crisis management, and decision-making skills. • Strong networking and relationship management with government authorities. • Knowledge of security technologies, access control, and surveillance systems is a plus.
