Job Description : CFO BAHRAIN A Bahraini company is looking for a “Chief Financial Officer (CFO)”. The job holder will be responsible for financial leadership and strategic oversight. This role involves developing financial strategies to support growth and operational objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Strategic Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals. - Financial Planning: Create short-term and long-term financial plans for the company. - Cost Control: Implement and manage cost control measures to optimize profitability. - Wealth Management: Oversee wealth management strategies for the organization’s assets. - Reporting: Oversee accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulations. - Budgeting: Lead budgeting processes and provide forecasts for decision-making. - Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks. - Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow and ensure liquidity. - Investment Oversight: Evaluate investment opportunities and manage portfolio performance. - Team Leadership: Lead and develop the finance team. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred. - 10+ years of finance experience, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role. - Experience in the hospitality or food and beverage industry preferred. - Strong knowledge of financial regulations and best practices. - Excellent analytical and leadership skills. - Proficient in financial management software.
