Job Description : COMMERCIAL HEAD EAST AFRICA FOR EDIBLE OIL The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring market expansion while optimizing profitability. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve sales targets and market share growth. - Lead and manage the sales and marketing team to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. - Identify new business opportunities, distribution channels, and strategic partnerships. - Monitor market trends, competition, and pricing to optimize product positioning. - Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements with key stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards. - Collaborate with production and supply chain teams to ensure demand fulfillment. Requirements: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience in a commercial leadership role within the FMCG or edible oil industry. - Strong understanding of the Rwandan market and distribution landscape. - Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills. - Ability to drive business growth in a competitive environment.
