Job Description : Chief Financial Officer / Group Financial Controller – Manufacturing ???? Location: Uganda | ? Experience: 15+ years (Manufacturing) ???? Industry: Textile, Paper Printing, Manufacturing, Engineering preferred ???? Employment Type: Full-time Key Qualifications: CA qualification is mandatory (ICWA preferred). Proven experience as a CFO/Senior Finance Leader in manufacturing (textile, paper printing, or engineering). Expertise in SAP ERP (FICO Module) is essential. Strong background in financial planning, cost management, compliance, and risk management. Experience in treasury operations, banking transactions, and capital allocation. Prior experience in Africa is an added advantage. Fluency in English is required. Age: Below 55 years. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual). Manage cost control, cash flow, and capital allocation to enhance profitability. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and statutory obligations. Lead treasury operations, banking activities, and investment decisions. Mentor and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence. ????
