Job Description : Senior CRM Manager in Dubai Salary – AED 32,000-35,000 + Family Medical + Family Tickets + Education Allowance + Annual Bonus -Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field -A strong background with minimum 7 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Apps, Power Automate, & Power BI -Must demonstrate a strong technical proficiency in MS Dynamics CRM -Will lead the organization’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy, driving the effective utilization of Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, Data Warehouse solutions, & Marketing tools to deliver a cohesive and data-centric approach to customer engagement. -This role demands a proactive leader who can implement strategic CRM initiatives, enhance customer experiences, & leverage data-driven insights to support business growth. -The Senior CRM Manager will ensure the seamless integration of CRM insights into decision-making processes & champion the use of analytics to optimize performance across sales & marketing teams. -Will collaborate with implementation partners, consultants, business stakeholders, & both internal & external technical teams to understand business objectives & oversee the design & development of CRM systems. -The ideal candidate will possess a unique combination of expertise in managing CRM platforms & generating actionable insights to empower stakeholders across the organization.
