Job Description : HEAD OF DATE MANCHESTER Role is open to International candidates Head of Data to join a fast paced business in Manchester City Centre. This is a key leadership role, responsible for shaping and executing their data strategy, ensuring data driven decision making across the organisation. As Head of Data you will be responsible for: Develop and implement a robust data strategy aligned with business objectives. Lead and grow a high-performing data team, fostering innovation and best practices. Oversee data architecture, governance, and analytics to drive insights and efficiency. Collaborate with key stakeholders to enhance data-driven decision-making. Ensure compliance with data regulations and security best practices. Key Skills & Experience: Proven experience in a senior data leadership role. Strong knowledge of data architecture, analytics, and governance. Expertise in modern data technologies, cloud platforms (Azure is preferred), and AI/ML applications. Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
