As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire manufacturing process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with regulatory requirements. What you'll do: As a Production Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's operations. You will be entrusted with the responsibility of guiding factory layout decisions, implementing lean manufacturing practices, coordinating with suppliers for raw materials, managing inventory levels, and developing training programs for workers. Your ability to run and operate manufacturing machines efficiently while maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols will be crucial. You will also collaborate closely with R&D and quality teams to enhance product formulations and manufacturing processes. Provide guidance on factory layout, workflow, and cleanroom requirements to meet GMP standards. Oversee the entire manufacturing process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Implement and monitor Standard Operating Procedures for production, quality control, and safety. Monitor production efficiency and ensure consistent product quality. Run and operate manufacturing machines to ensure efficient product output. Work with R&D and quality teams to improve product formulations and manufacturing processes. Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are strictly followed within the factory. Coordinate with suppliers for raw materials and packaging to ensure uninterrupted production. Manage inventory levels, production schedules, and material procurement. Develop training programs to continuously improve worker skills and adherence to production guidelines. What you bring: The ideal candidate for this Production Manager position brings a wealth of experience in managing manufacturing processes. With a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field under your belt, you have spent at least 3-5 years honing your leadership skills in a managerial role. Your deep understanding of GMP and HACCP standards sets you apart from others. You are known for your excellent problem-solving skills as well as your ability to optimize workflows and improve processes. Your experience in training and supervising factory workers will be invaluable in this role. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management or related field. Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a managerial role. Good understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point). Leadership skills with experience in training and supervising factory workers. Excellent problem-solving skills. Strong workflow optimization abilities. Proven track record in process improvement.
