Job Description : CFO INDONESIA This role will be pivotal in overseeing the financial strategy, planning, and management of a multi-entity automotive manufacturing group. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to optimise financial performance, ensure compliance, and drive strategic growth across all business units. What you'll do: As the Chief Financial Officer, you will be at the forefront of driving strategic financial leadership within the organisation. Your role will involve developing and implementing financial strategies that align with the group's business objectives. You will provide valuable financial insights to the CEO and Board of Directors while leading mergers, acquisitions, and investment initiatives. Your expertise in managing cash flow, liquidity, and working capital will be crucial in optimising capital structure and financing strategies. Furthermore, your strong leadership skills will enable you to build a high-performing finance organisation that supports business expansion. Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the group’s business objectives Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors Lead mergers, acquisitions, and investment initiatives to support business growth Drive profitability and cost-efficiency across all business units Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling for all entities Conduct financial risk analysis and implement mitigation strategies Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital across the group Implement cost control measures to enhance profitability Lead and mentor finance teams across multiple business entities What you bring: The ideal candidate for this Chief Financial Officer position brings a wealth of experience in financial leadership roles within the automotive manufacturing sector. You possess strong expertise in multi-entity financial management as well as consolidations and reporting. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred) 15+ years of experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in the automotive manufacturing sector Strong expertise in multi-entity financial management, consolidations, and reporting Proven track record in financial strategy, cost control, and business transformation Experience managing M&A, capital raising, and investor relations Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and tax compliance Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
