Job Description : VP ENGINEERING INDONESIA Vice President of Engineering to lead their technical strategy and manage the engineering teams. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless delivery and scalability in logistics operations within the e-commerce industry. What you'll do: As the VP of Engineering, you will be responsible for leading the company's engineering strategy, ensuring the development of robust, scalable, and innovative logistics and e-commerce solutions. This role is crucial to the company's growth and will require a visionary leader with a deep understanding of logistics technology and a hands-on approach to leadership. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive the technology roadmap, ensure system reliability, and enhance the customer experience. Develop and execute the engineering strategy in alignment with the company’s business goals Manage and mentor diverse engineering teams to foster a culture of excellence Oversee long-term planning for scalability, system performance, and technical infrastructure to support growth Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and technical excellence Continuously evaluate technological trends and developments to stay ahead of industry standards What you bring: 10+ years of experience in engineering roles with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position Proven experience in leading engineering teams in an e-commerce industry Strong understanding of technical strategy development and implementation Expertise in system architecture, software development, and technology stacks used in logistics or high-volume e-commerce environments Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.), microservices architecture, and DevOps practices
