Required Qualifications: 1. B.E (Chemical) / Agriculture + MBA with 18-20 years Proven leadership experience at a senior level in the pesticide or chemical manufacturing industry. 2. In-depth expertise in formulation, mixing, or filling plant operations. 3. Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks governing pesticide production and distribution. 4. Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
