Role Highlights: ? Lead industrial operations, ensuring efficiency and profitability. ? Oversee greenfield and brownfield projects from planning to execution. ? Drive strategic growth, operational excellence, and cost optimization. ? Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and financial standards. ? Build and mentor high-performing teams to foster innovation and collaboration. ???? Ideal Candidate: ? 15+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or industrial management (with stability). ? Strong expertise in plastics, food processing, paints, bakery, construction chemicals, or home appliances. ? Proven track record in large-scale industrial greenfield projects. ? Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (mandatory), MBA preferred. ? International experience (especially in Africa) is highly valued.
