Job Description : CEO ( Infra ) ???????????????????????????????????? - Ethiopia ( East Africa ) ???????????????????????????????????? - Engineering & Construction ???????????????????????????????????? ????????????????????????????????????????????????: - Minimum Experience - 10 - 15 Years - Experince in Projects - Infrastructure / Real Estate - African Experience ( Preferable ) ???????????? ???????????????????? & ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????: - Provide leadership and strategic direction for the Group's divisions: EPC, Engineering Tech, and Precast Manufacturing. - Drive business growth and profitability by overseeing business development, finance, procurement, IT systems, and human resources. - Develop and implement strategic initiatives aligned with corporate objectives. - Monitor industry trends and ensure the Group maintains a competitive advantage. - Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance across the organization. - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
