General Manager 

Job Description : General Manager - QA Audit MELBOURNE AUSTRALIA Reporting to:- CEO Looking to hire International candidates To coordinate and conduct value-added audits and training sessions for Beverage Manufacturing Units, , Raw Materials and Packaging Materials Suppliers, Carry and Forward Agents (CFA), and Distribution Centres. This role is crucial for ensuring the timely and effective closure of identified nonconformities. Responsibilities:- - Ensure compliance of units with the company's QA Systems and FSSAI standards. - Conduct audits for multiple plants, franchisees, CFAs, and vendors. - Lead and conduct training sessions, measured in man-days. - Submit consistent, complete, and accurate reports on time. - Evaluate the effectiveness of training and audits. - Support QA and plant teams in the timely closure of corrective actions. - Analyze and present audit and training reports. - Coordinate and conduct QA audits nationwide for plants, franchisees, vendors, CFAs, and distribution centers. - Generate timely and error-free reports. - Assist teams in developing auditing standards and designing checklists. - Prepare, maintain, and adhere to the audit schedule. - Assist all stakeholders with process improvements. - Design training templates on food safety, quality, and other management systems. - Plan and conduct training programs for plants and franchisees across India. Qualifications:- - Graduate in Food Technology, Food Science, Dairy Science, Dairy Technology, Food Microbiology, or Food Biochemistry. - In-depth knowledge of Food Safety Standards such as HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, BRC, etc. - Awareness of regulatory requirements, strong networking skills, commitment, team-oriented attitude, and customer focus. - Exceptional presentation, writing, and communication skills. - Expertise in food safety laws and standards, including the implementation of HACCP, ISO 22000, and FSSC 22000. - Proficiency in auditing and training on ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000.
