Job Description : HEAD OF CORPORATE FINANCE MALAYSIA one of the leading Oil & Gas Service and Equipment (OGSE) companies in Malaysia with operational offices in Thailand, Indonesia and the Philippines. We offer a spectrum of cost-effective, integrated and innovative solutions across the exploration, development and production value chain, is looking for a Head of Corporate Finance Head of Corporate Finance • To support and develop financial viability of projects and contracts for business expansion/new business opportunities in line with business development strategy.To lead corporate structure and transaction deals, both internal and external. • To support and engage with investor relations especially consensus numbers by analysts. Job Scope • Plan, direct and control the analysis and interpretation of financial information to enable productive deliberation of capital investment, capital structure and financing options, strategy, financial risk and investment for management decision-making. • Plan and lead projections and forecast, including financial modelling, providing insight into key drivers, market conditions, behaviour and associated risk, in order to exploit business opportunities. • Plan and lead cash flow forecast for medium and long term, to facilitate the funding decision making. • Plan, structure and execute capital raising for business expansion funding and working capital by providing necessary recommendation for consideration and decision making. • Provide counsel in key strategic projects as required, including the development of models to assess opportunities, performing financial analysis on merger & acquisition ("M&A") opportunities. • Plan, lead and monitor loan schedules for instalment payments, collection waterfall to operating account, financial covenants, bank guarantees, lease schedules and other operational matters related to financing. • Plan, lead and control the information required, and compilation of the information in accurate, complete and timely manner, for loan review by banks. • Establish and maintain a good working relationship with banks, financial institutions and capital markets with the aim of securing the funds necessary for operations and investments, leading to the attainment of corporate development plans in support of business expansion and rationalisation. Requirement • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and preferably with professional qualification(s). • Experience at a senior level within finance function, ideally directly supporting a Chief Finance Officer or a Financial Director. • Minimum 12 years in finance operations function with 5 years of managerial experience. • Proven experience in implementing continuous improvement processes for finance operations function. • Able to manage team of subordinates. • Team player with the ability to communicate and coordinate with various stakeholders.
