Operations Director

Job Description : Operations Director multinational company for a senior professional who will be responsible for managing the mining and processing operations of one of its units located in Brazil. Location: Cuiabá / Poconé (MT) Main Responsibilities: * Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure operational efficiency and sustainability. Responsible for the P&L; * Plan and execute investments to optimize operations; * Implement innovation initiatives to maintain the company’s sustainability and competitiveness; * Review and implement performance indicators/KPIs aligned with the holding’s strategies; * Lead and develop cross-functional teams, fostering a high-performance and safety-driven culture, taking the organization to the next level; * Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and occupational health regulations; * Engage with external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies, local communities, and investors; * Guarantee the modernization of operations and alignment with international technical and quality standards. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fields; * Solid experience in Gold Mining Operations Management (geology, extraction, transportation, processing, metallurgical processes, etc.); * We seek a professional who is results-oriented, has inspiring leadership, resilience, and the ability to work under pressure, a systemic view of the entire operation, strong communication skills at all levels, and a team-oriented mindset; * Advanced/Fluent English and Portuguese; * Availability to relocate to the Cuiabá - MT region.
