Job Description : Workshop Manager Location: Lagos Industry: Construction (Repairs & Maintenance of Road Construction Equipment, Trucks & Trailers) Salary: Negotiable Responsibilities: Oversee repairs, maintenance, and servicing of construction equipment, trucks, and trailers. Manage workshop operations and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues. Supervise and train technicians, ensuring safety and efficiency. Control costs, manage budgets, and prepare performance reports. Requirements: 15+ years of experience as a Workshop Manager in construction. Strong technical expertise in equipment and vehicle repairs. Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations. Proficiency in maintenance management software is a plus. Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
