Job Description : PRODUCTION MANAGER PE LAMINIATION FILMS DUBAI Production Manager for PE Lamination Films, Food & Hygiene to lead their operations in the UAE. The Role: The successful candidate will be responsible for providing oversight of the entire operations of the film company with a responsibility to increase efficiency, maintain quality and safety standards and promote a positive team environment. The Production Manager must be passionate about providing strong leadership and oversight of a large operation, with demonstrable commercial acumen. The ideal candidate should possess many years of experience in a Management/Leadership role, with particular technical and commercial skills and knowledge of production, staff management, materials management, quality control as well as excellent problem-solving skills and organizational skills. The successful candidate should also be charismatic and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills in order to effectively manage and lead a large group of personnel and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. A degree in Business, Accounting, Logistics or related industry from an accredited university is an advantage. Additionally, an Indian leader is preferred.
