Job Description : Finance Manager - West Africa (Shipping & Logistics) ???? Join our client's globally renowned Shipping & Logistics business dedicated to optimizing supply chains across the world. They are expanding their footprint in West Africa and seeking a dynamic Finance Manager to lead their financial operations in this region. Key Responsibilities: ~ Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for West African operations. ~ Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards. ~ Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and strategies to enhance profitability. ~ Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decision-making. ~ Collaborate with regional and global teams to align financial practices. ~ Manage financial audits and liaise with external auditors. ~ Monitor cash flow, expenses, and profitability to ensure financial health. Qualifications & Experience: ~ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s or professional certification preferred). ~ Proven experience in financial management, ideally within the Shipping & Logistics industry (Not a must). ~ Strong understanding of West African financial regulations and business environment (Added Benefit). ~ Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
