Supplier Relationship Management & Risk Mitigation: - Cultivate and nurture strategic alliances with key suppliers to foster mutual advancement and synergy. - Establish and deploy risk management protocols to preempt supply chain disruptions effectively. - Engage in market research and track worldwide commodity trends to proactively adjust procurement approaches.
