Job Description : Commercial and Strategy Director needed in Kinshasa DRC CONGO for a group of companies. Leading group of 16 companies in 10+ countries in Africa and beyond. The Director will be tasked with Managing all the Mergers & Acquisitions and all commercial aspects of the existing and newly acquired companies. Major role involves being strategically involved in all Mergers and Acquisitions of new companies under the group, as part of expansion programs. Very Strong in Business planning and Financial acumen, critical for this role. This role will be responsible for Strategic planning for all the companies in the group. The incumbent must be excellent with Mergers, Acquisitions and commercial group aspects. 20+ years of Relevant work experience, with 5 years at senior leadership levels. Masters degree in Strategic / Commercial Management + Basic Financial training is Key for the role.
