We are looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead and optimise the performance of the plant. This is an opportunity to drive strategic growth, operational excellence, and profitability in a thriving industry. · Lead a diverse portfolio · Oversee a high-volume production facility with state-of-the-art bottling technology · Work with a collaborative leadership team to shape the future of the brand · Competitive remuneration and career growth opportuniti · Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to drive revenue, market expansion, and operational improvements. · Oversee bottling plant operations, production efficiency, and quality control to ensure seamless output and compliance with industry regulations. · Manage the P&L, budgeting, cost control, and profitability of the business. · Work closely with distributors, retailers, and marketing teams to grow market share and brand recognition. · Ensure adherence to HACCP, ISO, and environmental regulations to maintain the highest food safety and production standards. · Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred). 10+ years of leadership experience in the beverage, FMCG, or manufacturing industry, with a proven track record of success. Strong expertise in production processes, supply chain management, and regulatory compliance. Financial acumen, with experience in P&L management and business profitability. Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
