Optimize staffing & efficiency within budget expectations ? Collaborate with leadership on operational goals ???? Preferred Experience: ???? Manufacturing leadership experience (Flexo printing preferred) ???? Strong mentoring & team development skills ???? ISO/BRC quality standards & safety knowledge ????
