Lead service, maintenance, and troubleshooting of printers, scanners, and office equipment. ? Manage and mentor a team of technical engineers & field service technicians. ? Work closely with clients to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth operations. ? Oversee inventory & spare parts to maintain service efficiency. ? Maintain compliance with industry standards and ensure proper documentation. ???? Who Should Apply? ? 8+ years of experience in servicing & maintaining printers, scanners, or office equipment (2+ years in a leadership role preferred). ? Strong knowledge of laser printers, inkjet printers, multifunction printers, and copiers. ? Ability to lead & train technical teams and optimize service processes. ? Experience in East Africa is a plus! ? Degree/Diploma in Electronics, IT, or related technical field preferred.
