Job Description : Vice President Logistics & 3PL: This $1BN conglomerate who operate within Logistics, FMCG, Food Distribution, Retail and E-com Marketplaces. Reporting to the CEO this role will be a business development role 50% driving their 3PL business and maximising their warehouses and transportation distribution network. We're looking for a polished leader who has led multi Logistics, distributions and own operated networks who has solid 3PL solutions to clients. Experience of the GCC and culture is key for the role, but a profile who has a track record of success with a MNC and large family giant. Package $290K NET + 30% Bonus + LTIP + Business Class Flights + Family Medical. This is not an aspirational role and I anticipate 99% who apply will not have the core attributes and competencies to deliver the vision for our client. I am keen to hear from the 1% who have a track record of excellence, loyalty and longevity who can present why they are a solid fit for shortlisting. A profile who has set up with the major marketplaces eco giant and led the vendor / seller models both 1P & 3P for mass growth. A profile who can set up and drive the like of Magenta, Shopee, DTC Amazon, Jd.com, Tmall as well as Majore omnichannel players across ASIA. Package $300,000 + 40% Bonus + LTIP+ Car.
