Director 

Job Description : Global Director Foodservice, FMCG, Condiments. This role is strategic, focusing on expanding foodservice (HoReCa, QSRs, catering) sales globally. The brand is globally recognised with a huge proportion. of its growth across the US & Europe. The key focus is to drive own label and private label quality products across the key regions of GCC, North Africa, Central ASIA, south East ASIA and Australisia. Key Responsibilities: Identify and prioritize key markets for condiments in foodservice. Develop regional and global strategies to drive volume growth. Align with local distributors and direct B2B sales channels. Select and manage foodservice distributors globally. Negotiate contracts with restaurant chains, hotels, and catering companies. Be assertive and aggressive with the focus on quality over price. Optimize go-to-market models for different regions. Adapt condiment formulations for different cuisines and regulatory requirements. Work with R&D to develop foodservice-friendly packaging (bulk, portion packs). Introduce sustainable and cost-efficient solutions for large-scale kitchens. Drive direct relationships with major global chains (McDonald's, KFC, Subway, etc.). Lead B2B sales teams and country-specific foodservice managers. Set pricing strategies based on market dynamics and competitive landscape. Position the brand as the preferred choice for chefs and foodservice professionals. Develop chef partnership programs and culinary influencer initiatives. Implement trade marketing, sponsorships, and industry event participation. Own global foodservice revenue and profit targets. Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies. This role reports to the Chief Sales Officer: Salary $220,000 NET + 40% Bonus + Schooling options + LTIP.
