Production Manager

Job Description : PRODUCTION MANAGER KENYA 10-12 years experience Rolling mill/steel mill Manager required a candidate who is able to run an entire rolling mill that produces TMT bars. - Person should be able to oversee entire process of melting, CCM and rolling mill. - Candidate should also be highly experienced in managing the manpower and production control with management throughout all the entire processes. - Responsible for the entire production activities in the mill to produce high quality standard products with high prime yield and to meet customer satisfaction. - Achieve the production schedules as per the needs of the marketing department. - To minimize the down time by timely planning for the pass changes and guides. Responsible for implementing Management strategies to meet the business goals of the company.
