Job Description : UNIT MANAGER – COMPONENT REBUILD CENTER - MINING EQUIPMENT MIDDLE EAST / AFRICA REGION Expat remuneration and benefits MEA Region We are on the hunt for a Unit Manager – Component Rebuilt Centre (CRC). This role is pivotal in driving the growth of our client’s business within the regional portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a technical maintenance background AND will be a leader of people - with a track record of leading culturally diversified teams efficiently and profitably – whilst maintaining impeccable SHE standards. The following requirements are vital to be considered for this opportunity: **Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or well qualified as an Artisan in a relevant field (Diesel Mechanic, Heavy Earthmoving Mechanic, etc.) **Business qualification or MBA will be advantageous. Excellent commercial acumen is non-negotiable **Minimum 10 years experience in the Mining Equipment Industry **At least 3+ years experience in a senior management position **VERY IMPORTANT: We can only consider candidates who has managed a CRC. Must have prior or current experience in a similar role. **The ideal candidate will have CAT/Komatsu/Hitachi Equipment maintenance management experience
