Job Description : SENIOR DIRECTOR - EUROPEAN TECHNOLOGY Salary: £110,000 - £140,000 Location: London seeking a Senior Director for their European Technology division. Your role will involve managing the operations and evolution of the European technology ecosystem while collaborating with other leaders to define and implement strategic technology initiatives. You will have the opportunity to integrate emerging technologies to enhance processes and improve business outcomes. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing technology business plans and budgets in line with financial targets. A key part of your role will also involve managing relationships with external providers while ensuring cost efficiency and technological longevity. Lastly, you will be tasked with building a high-performance team by fostering an innovative culture. * Manage the operations, support & evolution of the European technology ecosystem * Collaborate with technology & business leaders to define and implement technology strategies tailored to the European business * Integrate emerging technologies to enhance processes, optimise costs and improve business outcomes * Develop technology business plans/budgets and expenditure controls in line with financial performance targets * Manage relationships with external providers balancing cost efficiency, functionality, user enablement, and technological longevity. * Build a high-performance team through fostering a culture and attitude of innovation, continuous improvement, forward thinking and development of talent What you bring: The ideal candidate for the Senior Director of European Technology position brings a wealth of experience and skills to the table.
