Job Description : GROUP EX DIRECTOR NIGERIA A leading Nigerian conglomerate is looking to hire an experienced business director in the position of Executive Director for their Agro-Manufacturing and FMCG Sub-group. Job responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sustainable growth across the Agro-manufacturing and FMCG subsidiaries of the business Operational & Financial Oversight: Monitor financial performance of subsidiaries, ensuring revenue growth, cost optimization, and profitability Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, corporate governance policies, and industry best practices. Business Expansion & Investments: Spearhead expansion initiatives that align with the business's long-term vision People & Stakeholder Management: Lead and mentor a high-performing executive team across subsidiaries. Candidate requirements: Minimum 20 years of progressive leadership experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector. At least 10 years in an executive leadership role (CEO, COO, Managing Director, or equivalent) overseeing multiple subsidiaries or business units. Experience managing businesses with revenues exceeding N15Billion annually. Demonstrated success in driving business growth, market expansion, and operational excellence.
