Financial Controller

Job Description : FC ZAMBIA FOR OIL AND GAS 10+ years experience - The Financial Controller will be responsible for overseeing and managing all financial activities, including planning, reporting, and controlling, to ensure the company's financial health and compliance with statutory regulations. - Financial Reporting, Budgeting, Forecasting and Analysis. - Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. - Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and forecasts. - Analyse financial performance, identify trends, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making. - Manage cash flow and liquidity to meet operational needs and strategic goals. - Maintain and strengthen internal controls, and delegation of authority matrix - Ensure effective training and development of finance staff to enhance their skills and capabilities.
