Key Skills : MBA in HR and 10-15 years of work experience in Compensation & Benefits Essential for the person has work experience in Nigeria 30% of job involves travel to Mumbai, UAE, Kenya, West Africa etc.. Should we willing to travel Experience in Start Ups or setting HR Systems is required, as there organisation processes are not very structured right now.. Annual Salary : US$ 60,000 per annum
