Qualification: Any Graduate & MBA Experience: 15–20 years of experience in trading of similar products, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. The incumbent will be responsible for managing sales, procurement, accounts, and logistics to drive operational excellence and business growth. He/she will also be responsible to oversee the company's day-to-day operations, ensuring optimal performance, efficiency, & profitability. Mature and strategic professional with Vision, high task orientation & ability to achieve challenging tasks / objectives. Should be good at building & managing relationships at all levels. Effective communication skills & ability to be tactfully assertive and work through Systems approach. Should have an ability to manage complex operations and large teams.
