Job Description : CFO at a leading, listed consumer durables manufacturing company based in Bangalore. Details are as follows: Profile: CFO Reports to: Managing Director (MD) Location:- Bangalore Education: Qualified CA Experience: 15-25 Yrs Budget- upto 1 CR. Key Responsibilities: ? Manufacturing experience is must. ? Provide leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives. ? Ensure credibility of Finance group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts by an in depth analysis of Balance sheets. ? Performing financial decisions, investment decisions and capex decisions by analyzing risk management. ? Ensuring short term and long term fund requirements are met by cost efficient equity and debt funding mix. ? Implement and maintain strict financial controls by due diligence and provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities. ? Develop performance measures and monitoring systems that support the company's strategic direction. ? Manage Investor Relationship. Skills Requirements: ? Leadership Skills ?
