10 yearsJob Description : HR Manager (Retail Industry) for Central Africa Qualification: Any Graduate with Relevant Experience Experience: Min. 10+ Years in Relevant Field Job Description: • Communicating with Management and HOD to understand their hiring needs and identifying suitable candidates & assisting in drafting job descriptions and specifications and making the particular Departments SOPs. • Collecting and reviewing applications to shortlist candidates & Conducting interview round on Zoom Call / WhatsApp and background checks to ensure that candidates are fit for appointment. • Understanding of organization’s expansion plans, mission, goals, objectives etc. along with manpower plan. • Making Sop and Ensure that every one Implemented Accordingly. • Make a Good and Maintain Relations with Indian Embassy Staff and other visa / Passport officer etc. and other Related authorities. • Supervising the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department and participating and conducting various Training as when required. • Generating weekly HR Reports & Trackers capturing all the weekly events, internal promotions, activities, movements etc. • Regular visit to all camps/accommodations and make sure that everything is available them as per requirement. • Arrangement of Meeting of All Department as per Schedule and also Planning and Execution the annual Meeting and other Major Events.
