Job Description : SALES HEAD FLEXI PACKAGING NIGERIA 1. Sales & Business Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the business in the flexible packaging segment Identify new business opportunities, target markets, and potential clients. Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring profitability and alignment with company goals. 2. Technical Expertise: Provide technical support to customers, helping them understand product specifications, applications, and advantages. Work closely with the technical team to ensure client requirements are met, troubleshooting and providing solutions when necessary. Stay updated on industry trends, innovations, and technological advancements in the packaging sector, particularly with flexible packaging. 3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering consultative solutions that meet their business needs. Regularly visit clients to maintain engagement and gather feedback. 4. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to understand competition, market demands, pricing strategies, and customer preferences. Provide insights to the product development team to enhance offerings based on market feedback. 5. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and motivation to achieve targets. Set KPIs and ensure team members are aligned with business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, production, logistics) to ensure smooth delivery of products to customers. 6. Budgeting & Reporting: Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports, keeping management informed of progress and potential opportunities. Ensure all sales activities are in compliance with company policies and relevant industry regulations. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. A masters degree (MBA) would be an advantage. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on flexible packaging in India/Africa Bachelors Status Net Salary + Local Allowance Location- Lagos
