Plant Manager

Job Description : PLANT MANAGER KUWAIT FOR FLEXI PACKAGING The Plant Manager is responsible to oversee the entire production process, ensuring cost-effectiveness, high-quality standards, and compliance with regulations. This role involves managing production schedules, evaluating team performance, preparing reports, and maintaining a safe working environment, while also supporting procurement and collaborating with other departments to meet company goals. The ideal candidate will have: A degree in Engineering or a related discipline (preferred). A minimum of 15 years of experience in flexible packaging operations, including plant management. Extensive knowledge of production processes, manufacturing, and flexible packaging. Strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing production teams and meeting operational goals. In-depth experience in quality control, product standards, and regulatory compliance. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, especially in high-pressure environments. Proven ability to identify and address training needs and support team development. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and proficiency in MS Office and data analysis. A focus on maintaining a safe, productive, and motivating work environment while ensuring food safety standards are met.
