The role requires a strong leader with the ability to drive innovation, optimize financial performance, and ensure operational excellence across multiple business entities. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic plans, objectives, and goals to drive growth and profitability across all assets within the group. Shape and transform the group's strategy using market research and analysis to identify high-demand product segments and commercial opportunities. Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards, laws, and regulations while maintaining best practices. Oversee financial performance, manage budgets, and drive investment decisions to optimize returns. Lead operational activities across key functions, including business operations, supply chain, sales, marketing, and HR. Identify new business opportunities, drive innovation, and expand into new markets. Implement risk management strategies to safeguard the group's interests and ensure business continuity. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, shareholders, and external partners. Lead talent management initiatives, including hiring, developing, and retaining top talent while ensuring a high-performance leadership team. Ensure timely and accurate financial and operational reporting to the executive leadership team. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience as a CEO, Managing Director, or in a senior leadership role within the FinTech, financial services, or technology sector. Strong understanding of corporate finance, performance management, and financial reporting principles. Expertise in business strategy, governance, and risk management. Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong ability to drive business growth and innovation.
