Job Description : HEAD OF FINANCE UK Role is open to International candidates a well-established and growing UK-based manufacturing business, is looking for a Head of Finance to lead the finance function, ensure compliance with statutory regulations, and contribute to the company’s long-term strategy. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and hands-on financial leader to make a real impact in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment. Key Responsibilities of the Head of Finance: Lead the finance department, managing four direct reports Oversee the review and improvement of a newly implemented ERP system Prepare monthly management accounts, budgets, and year-end financial reports Ensure cash flow control and provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making Oversee the IT function and maintain financial systems Manage customer credit limits, debt insurance, and debt collection Drive continuous improvement and best practices across financial operations Maintain internal control procedures and ensure compliance with Group policies Key Requirements: Qualified Accountant (ACA preferred) with at least 20 years post-qualification experiencience Strong background in financial control, budgeting, and cash flow management. A hands-on approach, capable of engaging with senior management and driving business success.
