Job Description : LOGISTICS SALES MANAGER DUBAI Sales Manager (3rd Party Logistics) to be based in Dubai, UAE. This is an excellent opportunity to drive a dynamic business with huge growth potential. In order to be considered, you must be already based in the UAE and must have a strong local market sales experience in building solutions within the freight & logistics industry. Key Responsibilities Manage and perform all Sales activities for the company in the market Develop close relationships with existing and potential clients to meet sales targets & ensure consistent long-term business. Good knowledge of industry trends and ability to identify new potential market. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through regular contact with potential customers & close analysis of the local market. Constantly look into and propose new innovative way of doing business to the management. Contribute to the long-term profitability of the business through innovative thinking and aggressive sales activities. Required Skills: At least 10-15 years with at least 5 years UAE experience as a Sales Manager in a 3rd party logistics industry, heading up the entire sales function. Demonstrated experience in managing a sales budget within the framework of high growth market like Dubai, complex industry and, fiercely competitive business environment. Willingness to take responsibility for the overall sales budget and formulate a clear sales strategy. This includes trade lane targets, product development initiatives and, devising and executing action plans to achieve these goals. Having previous key accounts, clientele database, trade lane or, vertical industry expertise would be an advantage. An understanding of the role the sales function plays within a logistics organization and, the collective high performance necessary to build and support a successful business unit.
