Job Description : Head of Plant – Flexo Printing Are you an expert in Flexo, Offset, Mono Cartons, Labels, and Paper Bag production? Ready to lead end-to-end plant operations and drive excellence in quality, productivity, and innovation? This role demands hands-on leadership, deep technical knowledge, and a passion for operational efficiency. ???? Key Responsibilities Include: Overseeing plant operations, production planning & machine utilization Ensuring high-quality output aligned with industry standards Leading a skilled team of operators, supervisors & support staff Driving preventive maintenance & technical excellence Managing budgets, controlling costs, and optimizing KPIs Ensuring health, safety & ISO compliance Interfacing with customers to align production with their needs ???? Experience with the following machines is preferred: Rotatec Web Offset, Omet, Lombardi, Abmac Flexo (7 Color), Lineomatic, Sheeter, Folder & Fluer (4 & 6 corner), Die Cutting, Lamination, Slitting, Shrink Wrapping, Forming Machines. ???? Location: Uganda ???? Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Printing Technology or Engineering ???? Experience: 8-10 years in flexographic printing, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role
