Factory Manager

Job Description : Factory Manager UAE with a strong background in the steel structure industry to lead and manage end-to-end factory operations. This role involves overseeing all aspects of the production lifecyclefrom raw material planning and production scheduling to painting, storage, and final product delivery. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical knowledge with strong leadership and organizational skills to drive productivity, optimize costs, and uphold the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities · Lead and supervise all factory activities, ensuring seamless operations from material intake through to final product delivery. · Develop and manage factory budgets to ensure cost-efficiency, optimal resource utilization, and availability of critical materials and equipment. · Review technical drawings to align production planning with output targets, material efficiency, and cost control. · Monitor machine performance and evaluate modern technologies or machinery to enhance productivity, quality, and cost-efficiency. · Manage daily/weekly/monthly production targets to meet customer specifications and deadlines. · Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout all production processes. · Drive improvements through Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives. · Monitor, report, and update production schedules and plans on a daily basis. · Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, quality assurance, logistics, and maintenance. · Evaluate and improve production workflows to maximize operational efficiency. Qualifications & Requirements · Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field. · MBA in Production Management is a plus. · 15–20 years of experience in the steel structure manufacturing industry. · Fluency in English – spoken, written, and technical documentation. · In-depth knowledge of machine productivity, fabrication, and manufacturing processes. · Strong command of Lean Manufacturing methodologies. · PMP certification (or equivalent project management certification) is preferred. · Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills. · Proficiency in production planning and ERP systems.
