Security Head

Job Description : SECURITY HEAD MINING FOR VENEZUELA Open to International candidates with rank of Major and above Only Army/SF Ideally Spanish speaking and come with 20+ years experience • Responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing security strategies to ensure the safety and security of personnel, assets, and operations on the mine. • Leads and manages a team of security personnel to prevent and respond to security incidents, maintain access control, and enforce company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: • Security Management: • Develop and implement comprehensive security plans and procedures • Conduct risk assessments and identify potential security threats • Collaborate with local authorities and emergency services. • Team Management: • Lead, train, and supervise security personnel. • Manage performance, discipline, and development. • Access Control and Perimeter Security: • Ensure effective access control measures are in place. • Maintain and upgrade perimeter security systems. • Incident Response and Investigation: • Respond to and manage security incidents. • Conduct investigations and report findings. • Compliance and Reporting: • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies • Prepare and submit security reports.
