Finance Director 

Job Description : FINANCE DIRECTOR MANCHESTER UK This is for Indian owned tour/travel company looking for overseas Indain/Srilankan candidates from same background with 20+ years experience Company supports relocation you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our client's finance operations within the UK. You will lead a dedicated finance team, fostering their development while ensuring best-in-class financial reporting and control. Your expertise will be crucial in managing the financial performance of the business, identifying areas of commercial/financial risk & opportunity, and working collaboratively with other members of the UK board to action agreed initiatives. Your ability to propose and implement clear management information and KPI’s will provide deep insight into the commercial performance of the business. Lead and develop the UK based Finance team to deliver top-tier financial reporting and control IFRS reporting Serve as a key member of the UK Operational board Leading the finance team through audit Manage the financial performance of the UK business, identifying areas of commercial/financial risk & opportunity Propose and implement clear management information and KPI’s to provide deep insight into the commercial performance of the business Set clear goals and objectives for direct reports in areas of financial control, commercial finance & finance business partnering Ensure robust controls are in place at all times across the UK business Serve as a reliable and trusted business partner to the UK Managing Director Take lead on rolling forecasts ensuring that budget models remain relevant, with assumptions refreshed and challenged regularly The ideal candidate for this Interim Finance Director role brings a wealth of experience in similar positions along with an ACA / ACCA qualification. With over 6 years of post-qualification experience, your excellent staff management skills will be put to good use leading our client's dedicated finance team. Your strong planning and organisational skills will be essential in managing the financial performance of the business. Your enthusiasm, self-motivation, and high-level proficiency in Excel will be invaluable assets in this role.
