Job Description : PHARMA REGIONAL MANAGER SENEGAL Experience: Minimum 10 years in African markets, with at least 3 - 4 years in a regional leadership role handling 2 to 3 country Managers Language Proficiency: Fluency in French & English is mandatory. Market Expertise: Proven success in managing 3 - 5 countries, driving growth & expansion. Leadership Skills: Experience in leading 3 - 5 Country Managers, ensuring operational excellence. Regulatory & Distribution Expertise: Strong understanding of Regulatory Affairs, Distribution Channels via France, Reinforcement & DPAV Orders, and KOL/KBL engagement. Product Portfolio Knowledge: Extensive experience in Antibiotics, Anti-inflammatory drugs, Iron Supplements, Rheumatology, Gynecology, and General Medicine. Technical Proficiency: Mandatory proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, MS Word, and reporting tools. Education: Full-time MBA preferred. Mobility: Frequent international travel is a core requirement. Professional References: Three verifiable references (name, designation, and organization) required for background verification. Local Regulatory Contacts: Must have established connections with country-specific DPM/AIRP authorities. Country-Specific Experience Requirements: Regional Manager (Senegal-based): Experience in Senegal, Guinea Conakry, Sierra Leone, Mauritania, & Liberia.
